    A I don’t think they are waterproof
  2. Q Has anyone successfully connected to Nintendo Switch?
    A The earbuds are a great hit with my grandson, his Dad had no issues paring them.
  3. Q Do they have Limited volume to protect kids hearing??
    A I don’t think so. They can go super loud.
  4. Q As anyone else had issues with the earbuds getting hot?
    A No I have not, but I only use mine indoors for short bursts <30 minutes.
  5. Q Has anyone bought these for a child and do they fit smaller ears?
    A Yes I bought it for my nephew who is 10 it fitted his ears but they also send additional pieces so you can try
  6. Q After it’s paired, do you need to turn it on every time it’s taken out of the case or is it automatic
    A It's automatic. Think of the charger in case as your main on/off switch for these headphones. When you pull them out of the case they turn on and when you put them back in the case they turn off and begin to charge. I got these for my wife and she loves them and uses them everyday at work to jam out while she gets her data entry on.
  7. Q Looks great, what impressed you compare to other earbuds?
    A the comfort in wearing them. I generally cannot wear earbuds of any type very long without them hurting my ears, but with these, I took this headset for several hours to watch movies and listen to songs. I didn't feel ear plugged. It was very comfortable. Sometimes I forgot to wear headphones.
  8. Q Can the earbuds work individually?
    A Yes! As long as one is still plugged into the charging port, you can have one work by itself! You just have to make sure it pairs up!
  9. Q Are these good for making and receiving phone calls?
    A These are SUPER & FANTASTIC!! My calls are ALWAYS CLEAR & LOUD!! BEST BUY ON EARBUDS!! WORTH IT!!

    A It's just it light up ( in my case the eyes)
  11. Q Are they waterproof or water resistant?
    A I do not think they’re waterproof
  12. Q What charger does it use? Usb-c or micro usb?
    A It uses the micro usb. I bought these for my son and so far so good, one ear bud lights up blue and the other lights up red so he likes that. He doesn’t get to use them often (he can’t use them while walking around, when family is over, etc...) so we really haven’t tested battery life, durability, etc but everything seems to be working ok.
  13. Q How long do they stay charge
    A Depending on the use, My son can watch a movie with just one charge!
  14. Q What is cochlea size? It says in your details you recommend the cochlea size for kids
    A Cochlea is the shape of the earbuds that goes into the ear. My Son is 10 yrs old and he had no complaint.
  15. Q What is the difference between the breathing and non breathing one? They look similar...
    A It’s the charging car that has a slow flash so the Devil looks like it’s “breathing” in and out. Pelt for aesthetics
  16. Q Are they easy to pair with the phone?
    A Yes! Just turn on the Bluetooth and will able to see the device available to connect, once you connect the first time, it will automatically connect the second time.
  17. Q Is the mic any good, can people hear you clearly? I want to use in place of my bluetooth
    A The mic is great, I haven’t had any issues with the sound quality. It’s range is pretty great as well.

    A I bought two and the sound quality is very excellent, clear and with good base. I'm sure you will like it.

    A Pretty cool for the perfect design, of course mono & stereo modes are supported by these earbuds. You can switch freely by pushing the button, they will deliver stereo or mono sound separately. 
  20. Q How is sound quality for listening to music also for calling?
    A The earphones adopt CVC 8.0 noise cancelling technology to intelligently filter the surrounding noise, ensuring Hi-Fi clear calls whether you are in the subway, supermarket or other crowded public places.
  21. Q How long to charge for full battery?
    A I have tried my own, each earbud almost lasts 6 hours on a single charge and get extra 24 hours from the charging case. No need to charge the power case often. 
  22. Q Can you use one ear bud at a time?
    A "I just tried this and delighted to say it worked!Each bud can be used independently."
